Our 10+ years of experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, supportive care. We treat individuals and groups seeking support and working through challenges such as: anxiety, depression, social support, and behavioral challenges. We support young adults struggling with new demands of adulthood. We provide a safe, neutral space for families, to assist them in returning to a more positive path.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and personalizing treatment to meet your needs.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Sometimes there are bumps along the path to adulthood or some children need extra support in navigating through their various social environments. We offer an eclectic group therapy model not limited to: creative arts interventions, CBT influenced techniques, and mindfulness.
While we are an inclusive practice, the individuals we service are both with and without diagnoses. Our niche population include working with children and adults with Autism and ADHD and developmental disorders. Some of our social skills groups will offer sensory interventions, with a focus on feelings identification and or controlling impulses and retaining focus. We discuss these topics and how they may have an impact on a social level. We will also provide individual, children, parent, and or family counseling for parents who request additional support.
Positive relationships are crucial to the therapeutic process. Those relationships come in the form of therapist-client, child-child, parent-child, child to sibling, parent-parent, adult-adult or any combination of these. For example, when we see clients in a group or individual setting, sometimes it becomes an integral part of the therapeutic process to include parents or the family to further help heal or gain insight on the presenting problem.
