Our 15+ years of experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, supportive care. We treat individuals and groups seeking support with working through challenges such as: anxiety, depression, social support, and behavioral difficulties. We support young adults struggling with new demands of adulthood. We assist couples in finding common ground and reconnection within their relationship. We provide a safe, neutral space for families, to assist them in returning to a more positive path.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and personalizing treatment to meet your needs.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

At Figure 8 Therapy Center, our team of licensed therapists and interns have years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. We specialize in a wide range of areas, including, but not limited to, developmental disorders (ADHD/ASD), anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship issues.
Our team uses a patient-centered approach, working collaboratively with our patients to identify their goals and develop a customized treatment plan. We also place a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
We provide individual, children, parent, couples, group and family counseling services.
While we offer a myriad of services to individuals who are both with and without diagnoses, one of our niche populations includes working with individuals with Autism, ADHD and developmental disorders. For example, some of our social skills groups offer sensory interventions, with a focus on feelings identification and or controlling impulses and retaining focus. We discuss these topics and how they may have an impact on a social level. There are always fidgets placed around the space for any child, adolescent, or adult who may require a sensory break.
Positive relationships are crucial to the therapeutic process. Those relationships come in the form of therapist-client, child-child, parent-child, child to sibling, parent-parent, adult-adult or any combination of these. For example, when we see patients in a group or individual setting, sometimes it becomes an integral part of the therapeutic process to include parents or the family to further help heal or gain insight on the presenting problem.
